Welcome to Clocktown! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, here are a few important policies and guidelines to keep in mind. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best experience for all our guests.

• Gratuity Policy: A 20% gratuity may be added to parties of six or more. Additionally, we do not split checks for parties of this size.
  
  
• Pet Policy: Clocktown is a full-service restaurant and, in compliance with health regulations, only service animals are allowed. Pets are not permitted, whether indoors or outdoors.
  
  
• Seating Time Limit: During peak times with long waitlists, table use is limited to two hours to ensure all guests can enjoy their experience at Clocktown.
  
  
• Reservation Policy: We do not accept reservations, regardless of party size. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and all members of your party must be present to be seated.
